Pricing

Priced by clients you bill. Not techs you employ.

Per-technician pricing punishes crews that need more people per job. TradeGiant charges by billable clients, so a 6-tech shop and a 2-tech shop pay for the same thing: the business they're actually running.

A "billable client" is a client you actively billed during the current period, not every client ever entered into the system. Dormant clients don't count against your plan.

Questions

Pricing FAQ

A billable client is any client you actively billed within your current billing period, not the total number of clients you've ever added. A client you haven't worked for in months doesn't count against your tier.
Per-technician pricing penalizes crews that need more people per job. A 6-person crew and a 2-person crew running the same size business shouldn't pay different rates for the same software. Billing by active clients ties your cost to how much business you're actually running, not how many people it takes to run it.
Nothing changes mid-cycle. If you grow into the next tier, the new rate starts on your next billing cycle, never as a surprise mid-month charge.
No, and it's not trying to. QuickBooks keeps doing your books, payroll, taxes, and bank reconciliation exactly like today. TradeGiant captures the field data QuickBooks never could and builds the invoice, then you export it into QuickBooks (CSV/PDF today, automatic sync coming later). No double entry, no replacing the tool your accountant already trusts.
300 billable clients is the hard cap on Enterprise. If you're operating at that scale, reach out and we'll put together a custom quote based on your actual job volume.
